Laboratory

FREE GUIDED TOURS OF THE LABORATORY ON SPECIFIED DAYS, BY APPOINTMEN, DEPENDING ON AVAILABLE PLACES.
The visit includes:

The hazelnut shelling and roasting laboratory with an explanation of the manufacturing process.

The hazelnut oil and hazelnut-based cream production laboratory.

A video that shows the various hazelnut activities during the year.

A tasting of some of our products:
- Raw and toasted hazelnuts
- Six types of hazelnut-based creams
- Salted and caramelized hazelnuts
- Amaretti and Brut ma Bun

Bookings required.

The tour starts at our shelling laboratory at n. 9 Via Roma, Diano d'Alba (CN).

There is a parking lot 100 metres away near the Spianamento n. 6 Via San Sebastiano, Diano d'Alba (CN).

FREE GUIDED TOURS OF THE TERRITORY AND THE LABORATORY ON SPECIFIED DAYS, BY APPOINTMENT, DEPENDING ON AVAILABLE PLACES.
The visit includes:

A guided visit to Belvedere point, one of the most beautiful panoramic sightseeing places of the Langhe.

A 360° view of the Langhe of Barolo, the Langhe of Barbaresco on the Alta Langa and of the vast hazelnut groves of the ‘Tonda Gentile’ variety.

A path that takes you from Le Langhe della Malora to the prestigious UNESCO award, in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.

A walk through the hazelnut groves with an explanation of the various cultivation techniques, the identification of the male and female flowers and pollination.

Depending on the weather and soil conditions it is possible to choose between a short walk along the road, or through the hazelnut groves. The distance is, on average, about 800 metres to reach our hazelnut processing laboratory.
